On the 3rd July 2016 Sue Neale broke ground for our new bespoke facility in the UAE that will ultimately bare her name. The new building will stand on 150,000 Sqft (15,000 SqM) of land and is to be purpose built to facilitate the future aspirations of the Company.
Phase One of the "The Sue Neale Building" will have the capacity for 150 full time staff, living in purpose built accommodation with future proofing to increase this capacity 3 fold to meet demand.
Staff Welfare is one area where A2C pride themselves. Our self-imposed standards will deliver living accommodation that we are immensely proud of and are to include a full onsite catering and canteen complex, laundry facilities, telecomms and out of work welfare leisure facilities including a cricket pitch, badminton and volleyball courts.
The Board of Directors have voiced their attitude of "this is their home from home, and as such should be somewhere for them and the Company to be proud of, and delivery of anything less is not acceptable to us or the Company."
Sue Neale who started the company over a quarter of a century ago with husband Rod said "It has been an incredibly rewarding journey, and we have seen first-hand the industry change. Businesses have come and gone, and I am immensely proud that we have remained true to our own integrity whereby we can now influence the future. This new investment is designed to take the company, its stakeholders and our valued staff through to the next Chapter, and to be personally directly associated with the new facility is something my family and I are incredibly humbled by.
The entire Company has spent years crafting it's skills and value in the sector. It was created before the internet, and survived the tech explosion. Now it is our time to lead our sector into what the market wants today and into the future - it will enable us to do this.
